What we believe is in getting straight to the point without the clutter. We have kept the web-shop simple and easy to navigate. In the main header you will find a drop-down that is labeled “Shop Now”. Hover over it and you will find all the categories that we have in store. Click on any and a grid type list will appear with all the products in that category. We have also incorporated a   Convenient Search function on the home page where you can search for any product you require.

To ensure that your products reach you on time and with prevention damage, Matrix Cart dispatches items from our closest branch and delivers it to you.

Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises.

At times we may send your items in multiple packages to complete the order. Delivery of our products will take between 5 – 10 working days for national deliveries i.e. South Africa, from the day your cleared funds are applied to your transaction. No deliveries will be made until the payment has been confirmed by our bank.

Delivery costs will vary locally. This charge will be clearly made before the transaction is processed. In times of increased order volume customers may experience delays in processing, packaging and delivery. Undeliverable packages: Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for  re-shipment at your expense.
